Day 1:  Hanoi - Mai Chau (140 km)  ( Lunch, Dinner )
8:00am Depart from Ha Noi and set the bike ride in a quiet tortuous road. On the way, see the middle highland rice field and mountain. Having lunch and swim in hot spring water. Drive bus to Thung Khe and Thung Nhuoi ride in a slow speed to roam to Lac Village in Mai Chau town. Upon arrival, get onto the house on stilts of a Thai family, stay the first night. Having dinner and enjoying the lovely rice wine.

Day 2:  Mai Chau - Son La (170 km)  ( Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner )
7:00am, After breakfast, start to ride bike around Thai minority area to Sam Khoe, Xo Village, Na Mo Village, Na Meo Village, Cycling back to Lac Village for lunch. After lunch, have a short time for shopping in the village. Depart from Mai Chau to Son La by bus. Stop at the small township of Moc Chau. Arrive at Son La in the afternoon, check into guest house.

Day 3:  Son La – Dien Bien (180 km)  ( Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner )
After breakfast, visit Son La prison. Drive to Pha Din pass and start to ride over it. Stop for lunch at Tuan Giao town. Continue arriving Dien Bien town. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4:  Dien Bien – Baso (200km)  ( Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner )
Morning, drive to visit Hill A1, cemetery, Dien Bien Phu museum and General Decarte Bunker. Drive to Muong Lay Town for lunch. Destination for today will be Baso. Along the way, encounter members of While Thai, Black Thai, H’mong. Cycling and stopping in a slow speed for some chit chats with the locals. Arrive in Baso around 19:00pm and check in hotel.

Day 5:  Baso – Sapa (86 km)  ( Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner )
After breakfast, ride to Tam Duong, meet a local market. After taking photos in the market, back on the riding route to proceed to Sa Pa. Before arriving Sa Pa, meet the beautiful Silver Waterfall, visit the Cat Cat Village of Black H’mong which are very popular with tourist. Arrive at the Sa Pa late in the afternoon.

Day 6:  Sapa
Start by getting some exercise with a five to six hour trek to the hill tribe villages of Lao Chai, Ta Van, Giang Ta Chai,... situated in idyllic Muong Hoa valleys. Get picked up back to Sa Pa. Free to explore the town.

Visit Cat Cat Village, Ham Rong Mountain and the daily performents.

Day 7:  Sapa – Hanoi (380 km)  ( Breakfast, Lunch )
Free time to explore the town, Back to Ha Noi by night train.
